The Placement Cell of the Institute provides students with the resources and skills, necessary to pursue their career goals. The Cell is responsible for establishing contact with various organizations and gives emphasis on:

  • Summer Training & On-the-job-Training.
  • Industrial Linkage.
  • Personal Grooming Program
  • Industrial visit compulsory for each student as well as submission of reports.
  • Lectures by various Eminent Industrialists

Training is a formal teaching of skills. It is a well-recognized and acknowledged fact that there is a mismatch between the current pattern of education and the components required by the industry. To overcome this mismatch and to ensure that the students are able to secure employment and become responsible citizens, training activities are initiated to cater to the needs of students of different courses and streams.

Students during training unleash the full range of their capabilities and creative resources to improve quality and efficiency. Training helps the students in developing their technical knowledge and soft skills to meet the corporate recruitment process and also motivates them to develop their overall personality in terms of career planning, goal setting and re-skilling which will stand them in good stead even after getting the job.

It is our aim to produce managers who emerge as a finished product ready to be employed by the industry, acting as a problem-solver and at the same time being able to communicate well with his/her peers.

We work on the philosophy of ‘Being a job creator and not just being a job seeker’. Our Entrepreneurial Development Cell works actively on this philosophy and makes continuous efforts to help the students to set up their own enterprise and be a part in the development of our economy.
